How do I obtain technical support?

All technical support requests are initiated by opening a technical support ticket on our web site. Simply visit our web site, click on the Support link, and complete the New Support Request form. Telephone or email technical support requests are not accepted.

How long does it take to receive technical support?

Our goal is to respond to your technical support request same business day; however, in some instances that is simply not possible due to the volume received. Our policy is all technical support requests will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

What fees are charged for technical support?
